Head of Demand Generation: Owns the end-to-end demand engine, including paid acquisition, website, SEO/GEO, content, and conversion, to drive qualified pipeline and strengthen authority. Focus on translating growth targets into clear priorities, leading budget allocation for €2M+, and optimizing for pipeline and revenue impact.

What you will do
- Own paid, organic, website, and conversion channels to deliver predictable marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Lead website structure, messaging, UX, landing pages, and CRO initiatives.
- Lead paid acquisition and manage a €2M+ budget aligned to revenue goals.
- Build scalable SEO/GEO and intent-based content clusters to grow authority and long-term pipeline.
- Lead revenue-focused content aligned to buyer journey and enterprise sales.
- Own marketing-sourced pipeline targets and key revenue KPIs, building quarterly growth plans.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS digital growth, with 2+ years in team leadership.
- Proven pipeline growth and €2M+ budget ownership.
- Strong expertise in paid acquisition, CRO, and SEO/GEO.
- Editorial judgment, digital design understanding, and enterprise sales awareness.
- Analytical and commercially driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in 20M–100M ARR SaaS.
- International SaaS exposure.
- Close collaboration with PMM and Commercial teams.
