Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu planning, kitchen management, and team supervision. The Head Chef must ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and update menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences.
• Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure consistent performance.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with management on menu pricing, promotions, and special events.
• Handle kitchen scheduling and staff performance evaluations.
• Be flexible to work in various locations and shifts across the UAE as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• In-depth knowledge of culinary trends, techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations in the UAE.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
