Construction Planning Engineer

Responsibilities
- Develop baseline and detailed project schedules.
- Prepare WBS and project milestones.
- Update Primavera P6/MS Project schedules.
- Track progress against baseline.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules.
- Develop recovery and acceleration plans.
- Perform critical path analysis.
- Monitor manpower and resource utilization.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate planning inputs with all departments.
- Evaluate delays and recommend corrective actions.
- Support tender planning activities.
- Prepare S-curves and cash flow reports.
- Analyze productivity trends.
- Maintain planning documentation.
- Monitor procurement milestones.
- Coordinate fabrication and site schedules.
- Assist in EOT documentation.
- Present planning updates to management.
- Ensure schedule compliance.
