Job Summary
Al Marwan Group is hiring an HSE Officer to ensure compliance with UAE health, safety and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations while promoting a safe work environment.Key Responsibilities
The key duties and responsibilities of the HSE Officer include, but are not limited to:
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company policies
Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Implement safety procedures and corrective actions
Investigate incidents and prepare HSE reports
Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks
Monitor heavy equipment and mobile plant safety
Maintain HSE documentation and records
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred)
2+ years of UAE experience in the construction/mechanical industry
NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory) ; IOSH preferred
Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
Proficient in MS Office
English & Hindi required; Arabic is an advantage
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Immediate joiners preferred
