- Overseeing daily agency operations project delivery team management resource allocation
- Acting as the primary escalation point for highpriority client concerns
- Mentoring and motivating project managers and department heads to drive performance
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring monthly profitability targets are met
- Translating CEOs vision into operational plans and executing them
- Establishing KPIs for project success and operational health
- 400 clients 500 projects delivered across government and multinational sectors
- Strong reputation with premium inbound clients including Aramco & Federal Gov.
- 25 YoY revenue growth with increasing focus on recurring business
- Highprofile largescale projects with premium fees
- Collaborative multinational team 55 FTE 10 nationalities)
- January launch of new leadership team (MT) to support scaling
- 40 ongoing projects across website/app development and digital consulting
- Opportunity for profitsharing and buyin options
- 10 years in operations/project management within digital agencies or consultancies
- Experience leading largescale web and mobile app projects for government or enterprise clients
- Financial acumen managing budgets driving profitability
- Proven track record in mentoring teams and fostering operational excellence
- Digital/tech agency background (PM or Head of Delivery Ops roles)
- Age range: 3040 (ideal)
- Nationality: Dutch Scandinavian German preferred
- Handson leadership style entrepreneurial and ownershipdriven mindset
- Experience with Monday QuickBooks Slack Google Suite
- Ideally has been to Dubai before (not a must)
- 110K base profitsharing buyin options
