We are currently recruiting for a full time Barista to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Bartender, you are responsible for providing professional service to our guests, preparing and serving beverages such as mocktails, cocktails, hard drinks, soft drinks, and specialty beverages. Your role includes welcoming guests, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.

• Prepare requested drinks such as hot beverages, mocktails, cocktails, soft drinks etc. and serve items to guests.
• Package food and beverages for sale.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas, empty trash, and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Learn about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• Update signage and displays to attract guests.
• Take inventory and replenish items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.
• Work as part of a fun, high‑energy team.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable industry, the ability to work and engage with teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, a focus on quality and attention to detail, the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software.
