As part of the continued development of its Dubai office, ATOZ is looking for a talented professional to join our growing international taxation team.

The role offers the opportunity to work on international corporate tax and cross-border matters while contributing to the development of ATOZ’s activities in the region.

Senior Associate - (M/F) - Full-Time Position

International Taxation

Your main responsibilities:

§ Provide international corporate tax advisory services, including cross-border structuring, tax analysis, compliance, and regulatory matters across UAE, Luxembourg, and international jurisdictions.

§ Manage tax engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring high-quality work, clear timelines, and effective coordination with clients and internal teams.

§ Lead client onboarding and relationship management, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, a clear understanding of client needs, proactive communication, and high-quality service delivery.

§ Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, identifying their evolving needs and opportunities to provide additional value.

§ Support business development initiatives in Dubai, including networking, client presentations, industry events, and identification of new opportunities.

§ Contribute to thought leadership and market development through presentations, technical content, and industry insights.

§ Monitor developments in international and local tax legislation and proactively identify their impact on clients.

Your profile:

§ Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Law, Economics, Tax, or a related field.

§ At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience gained exclusively within a Big Four firm or a tax advisory firm specializing in international corporate taxation.

§ Strong technical knowledge of international corporate tax and cross-border matters.

§ Experience with UAE and/or Luxembourg taxation is an advantage.

§ Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE is a strong plus.

§ Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.

§ Commercial mindset and interest in business development.

§ Ability to work independently and in an international, fast-paced environment.

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a strong advantage.
