Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Responsibilities
- Partner with Leadership, Strategic Finance, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to identify and prioritize key business metrics
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reporting tools, and data visualizations
- Extract, clean, structure, and analyze large datasets from ERP, operational, and eCommerce systems
- Build scalable reporting processes and improve data accessibility
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives through data analysis
- Work with engineering and systems teams to improve data pipelines and reporting architecture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics
- 4–7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategic finance
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in BI/visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP preferred
- Experience with data transformation tools like Python or dbt preferred
- Experience in consumer products, eCommerce, or manufacturing preferred
