Data Analyst Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Analysis:

oCollect clean and analyze data from various sources to identify trends insights and actionable recommendations.

oDevelop and maintain data dashboards reports and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

oConduct statistical analysis to support decisionmaking and problemsolving processes.

& Presentation:

oPrepare clear and concise reports in both Arabic and English tailored to technical and nontechnical audiences.

oDesign visually appealing presentation materials using tools like PowerPoint or other visualization software.

oPresent findings to internal teams stakeholders and clients ensuring clarity and engagement.

oWork closely with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and business goals.

oTranslate technical data into business insights to support strategic decisionmaking.

Communication:

oEnsure all materials reports and presentations are accurately translated and culturally adapted for Arabic and Englishspeaking audiences.

oAct as a liaison in meetings and workshops requiring bilingual communication.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Business Analytics Computer Science or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Technical Skills:

oProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel SQL Python or R.

oExperience with visualization tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.

oStrong understanding of statistical analysis and modelling.

Languages:

oFluent in Arabic (spoken and written).

oFluent in English (spoken and written).

Soft Skills:

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

oStrong presentation and public speaking abilities.

oDetailoriented with strong problemsolving skills.

Experience:

oProven experience in a data analytics role.

oExperience preparing and delivering bilingual presentations is highly desirable.
