Qc & Admin Officer

CITICORE Interior Design is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized QC & Admin Officer to support daily operational activities, project documentation, and internal coordination between teams. The role plays a key part in ensuring smooth workflow, quality monitoring, and accurate administrative support across ongoing projects.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining strong communication with different departments. Experience in interior design or fit-out projects will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily administrative and operational activities across projects

• Manage project documentation, records, and reporting tasks

• Follow up on quality control processes and ensure compliance standards

• Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders

• Maintain accurate filing, data entry, and office documentation

• Assist in tracking project progress and updating reports

Requirements:

• Experience in administration, quality control, or project coordination roles

• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills

• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Experience in interior design or fit-out industry is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment
