ServiceNow SPM Functional Consultant

Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to collect and analyze business requirements related to portfolio management
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow SPM module to align with client objectives
- Document functional requirements, process flows, and solution designs
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding and adoption
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth integration and implementation
- Support testing activities, including user acceptance testing, and provide go-live support
- Stay informed about the latest updates and trends within ServiceNow SPM
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant with the SPM module
- Strong understanding of portfolio management principles and best practices
- Proven experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex business needs into practical ServiceNow configurations
- Experience in conducting workshops, trainings, and providing end-user support
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant ServiceNow certifications related to SPM or ITBM
