JOB DESCRIPTION – ACCOUNTANT

ABOUT THE COMPANY

FElectronics is a growing automotive electronics and accessories business operating across multiple locations in the UAE.

Our business has branches in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Dubai, along with multiple warehouses. We use Zoho for accounting, inventory, and business operations.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant who can take full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day accounting operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong UAE accounting experience and practical knowledge of Zoho, inventory accounting, multi-branch operations, VAT, and financial reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• * Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  
• * Maintain accurate sales, purchase, expense, payment, and receipt records.
  
• * Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  
• * Reconcile bank, cash, and other company accounts.
  
• * Manage accounting activities for multiple branches and warehouses.
  
• * Monitor branch-wise sales, expenses, purchases, and financial transactions.
  
• * Reconcile physical inventory with Zoho records and accounting records.
  
• * Monitor stock transfers between branches and warehouses.
  
• * Maintain accurate inventory-related financial records.
  
• * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management.
  
• * Handle UAE VAT-related accounting and documentation.
  
• * Assist with Corporate Tax-related accounting requirements.
  
• * Maintain proper documentation and financial records.
  
• * Identify accounting discrepancies and investigate the reasons.
  
• * Work closely with management, branch teams, warehouse teams, and suppliers.
  
• * Provide accurate financial information to management for decision-making.
  
• * Ensure all accounting records are updated, organized, and accurate.
  

Requirements

• * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
  
• * UAE accounting experience is strongly preferred.
  
• * Strong practical knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory.
  
• * Experience in multi-branch and warehouse operations.
  
• * Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, VAT, and financial reporting.
  
• * Good knowledge of inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
  
• * Strong Excel skills.
  
• * Good communication and reporting skills.
  
• * Ability to work independently and take full responsibility.
  
• * Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• * Experience in retail, trading, electronics, or automotive-related businesses is an advantage.
