Are you a seasoned professional in retail banking, with a knack for building lasting relationships and driving sales? We are currently seeking a Relationship Officer to join our team in the UAE. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients while promoting and selling credit cards and loans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Actively promote and sell credit cards and loans to both new and existing clients.
- Employ a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and networking events.
- Utilize your strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our financial products to clients.
- Excel in a fast-paced environment by consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with team members to strategize and optimize sales efforts while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail banking, with a focus on sales and relationship management.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
- Strong team player with the capacity to work independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in generating new leads through cold calling and other proactive sales techniques.
