Peony Hotels is looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent (Arabic Speaker) to join its Front Office team. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing front office activities, handling reservations, and resolving guest concerns efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience.

• Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and front desk operations efficiently.

• Resolve guest concerns promptly to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other hotel departments.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
