Description:

Copthorne Hotel Dubai is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to join its team as Reservations Supervisors and Reservations Agents. The positions are suitable for candidates who are currently based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and can join immediately.

The successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Experience with hotel reservation systems, particularly OPERA/PMS, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle guest reservations accurately through telephone, email, and hotel reservation systems.

• Respond professionally to guest inquiries and assist with booking-related requests.

• Manage reservations, room inventory, and related guest information.

• For the Supervisor role, coordinate the reservations team and monitor daily operations.

• Handle guest escalations and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Support revenue, inventory management, reporting, and reservation performance activities.

• Train, motivate, and provide guidance to reservations team members where required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working in a fast-paced hotel or hospitality environment.

• Immediate availability and current residence in the UAE are required.

• Reservations Agent candidates should demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Reservations Supervisor candidates should have previous supervisory or team-lead experience in reservations or front office operations.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Hotel reservation systems, with PMS/OPERA experience preferred.

• Revenue and inventory management.

• Guest communication, reservation procedures, reporting, and team coordination.
