Management Trainee - Trade Marketing

The Management Trainee will support the Trade Marketing team in strengthening the brand’s presence within retail channels by assisting in the planning and execution of in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities at points of sales for the Eyewear category.

Job Description

• Monitoring brand presentation in stores and help ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Conducting regular store visits to check execution, take photos, gather feedback, and prepare visit reports
• Updating the trade marketing calendar and track promotions, launches, and key retail activities
• Assist with in-store visual merchandising, window setups, and seasonal campaigns by coordinating materials and approvals
• Coordinating follow-ups with Sales, suppliers, and agencies on POS materials, deliveries, and installation needs
• Maintaintrackers for POS materials, inventories, and spend, and support with GR/PO summaries where needed
• Preparing reports and presentations (photos, sales snapshots, post-activity recaps) using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Conductingmarket and competitor checks in-store and sharing observations with the team

profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inBusiness Administration, or a related field from a reputed university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and coordination skills

• Global exposure is appreciated, fostering a broader understanding of diverse markets and customer bases

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
