Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and well-organized Admin/HR Executive to join our team based in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling administrative and human resource-related functions efficiently while maintaining professionalism and strong communication standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations and HR-related tasks
• Support recruitment activities, employee coordination, and documentation
• Maintain employee records and ensure proper HR file management
• Assist in office administration duties and internal coordination
• Handle correspondence, reporting, and communication tasks
• Ensure smooth workflow between departments and support management needs
• Maintain confidentiality of HR and company information at all times

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree with basic computer training is mandatory
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Admin or HR roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Gulf driving license will be considered an added advantage
• Age requirement: 30 to 35 years preferred
