JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for passionate Emirati Client Advisors to join our Mall of The Emirates store. This is your opportunity to become a key ambassador for one of the worlds most iconic luxury brands, delivering unforgettable experiences to our distinguished clientele.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional client experiences that exceed individual and store sales objectives and commercial targets.
• Inspire clients through compelling brand storytelling, styling expertise, and a deep understanding of our collections.
• Guide clients through every stage of the luxury client journey, from discovery and styling to purchase and ongoing relationship management.
• Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment-based selling, and personalised follow-up.
• Support daily store operations, including replenishment, stock management, inventory activities, and maintaining luxury standards across the store.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team environment while consistently adhering to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service within a luxury, premium retail, or hospitality environment.
• Passion for fashion, luxury retail, and creating memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage a diverse client base.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify opportunities to drive sales and client loyalty.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to contribute positively to both team and store success.
