Warehouse Operator, Packer
The Warehouse Packer is responsible for packing, labeling, and preparing goods for shipment in accordance with company quality and safety standards. The role ensures products are handled accurately and efficiently, maintains a clean and organized work area, and supports warehouse operations to achieve timely and error-free order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Dismantling of materials/goods.
- Packing the materials/goods effectively.
- Preparing the packing list & getting approval from the Supervisor.
- Loading the materials\goods for transportation.
- Offloading the materials\goods.
- Reporting damages during delivery.
- Complying with the HSE requirements.
- Performing any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
Education – High school diploma or secondary school education preferred.
Work Experience – 1 year experience in warehouse, packing, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution operations is an advantage.
Specific Skills –
- Ability to accurately pack, label, and prepare goods for shipment.
- Good attention to detail to ensure correct quantities and product quality.
- Ability to follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Time management and ability to meet productivity targets.
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
