Construction Engineer 

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced   Construction Engineer   with a minimum of  5 years of UAE experience   in   civil construction and interior fit-out projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, supervising site activities, coordinating with UAE authorities, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage civil construction and interior fit-out projects from commencement to handover.
  
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
  
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents before execution.
  
• Coordinate authority approvals, inspections, permits, and NOCs with Dubai Municipality (DM), Trakhees, Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), and other relevant authorities.
  
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations, authority requirements, and HSE standards.
  
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams to achieve project milestones.
  
• Monitor quality, material usage, productivity, and project progress.
  
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes with consultants and project stakeholders.
  
• Prepare progress reports, inspection requests, project documentation, and close-out reports.
  
• Ensure all statutory approvals and authority requirements are completed throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• Minimum  5 years of UAE experience   in civil construction and interior fit-out projects.
  
• Proven experience managing residential, commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Dubai Civil Defence, and other UAE authority procedures.
  
• G+4 Accreditation (Mandatory).
  
• Trakhees Engineering Accreditation/Card (Mandatory).
  
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, authority submissions, inspections, and approvals.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera (preferred), and Microsoft Office.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
  
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
