Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation
Drive profitable and sustainable growth across distributor markets within EMC. Ensure adidas brand leadership through best-in-class distributor management, GTM execution, sell-in and sell-out excellence, and partner capability development.Sales & Distributor Management
Lead assigned distributor partners across EMC. Own commercial performance, drive revenue growth, manage seasonal sell-in, support sell-out initiatives, and ensure alignment with adidas strategies.
Strategic Planning & Business DevelopmentDevelop annual business plans, budgets and forecasts. Identify market expansion opportunities, optimize distributor networks, and drive market share growth.
Market & Competitive AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor activity, consumer behavior and provide recommendations to leadership.
Operational Excellence & ComplianceEnsure adherence to adidas standards, inventory health, forecasting accuracy, GTM milestones, and cross-functional execution.
People & Capability DevelopmentDevelop distributor capabilities and foster a high-performance culture through coaching and best-practice sharing.

Strong distributor management, negotiation, communication, planning, forecasting, commercial acumen, stakeholder management and analytical skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications5-8 years experience in Distributor Management, Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development within sporting goods, fashion, FMCG or retail industries. University degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
