We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Senior Project Manager in Dubai, UAE . Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals with strong project leadership and delivery capabilities. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, contractors, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, dependencies, and deliverables against approved plans.
- Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation and corrective-action plans.
- Manage project documentation, reporting, change controls, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, quality standards, and applicable procedures.
- Lead project teams and drive timely resolution of operational and delivery issues.
Required Skills
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects through the complete project lifecycle.
- Planning & Scheduling: Strong capability in project schedules, milestones, resources, and delivery tracking.
- Budget & Cost Management: Ability to monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and variances.
- Risk Management: Experience identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring project risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, management, and project teams.
Preferred Skills
- Contract and change-management knowledge.
- Project reporting and project-control capabilities.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
Work Experience Requirements
