We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. As a Bartender, you will prepare and serve beverages while creating engaging guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and hotel standards.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
• Maintain excellent knowledge of beverage menus, ingredients, promotions, and products.
• Recommend beverages based on guest preferences and support upselling opportunities.
• Ensure beverages are consistently prepared and presented to the required standard.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar and service areas.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with requisitions, inventory, and stock rotation.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, equipment, and supplies.
• Process guest orders and bills accurately through the POS system.
• Communicate effectively with service colleagues, Kitchen, and other departments.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and promptly.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, responsible beverage service, health and safety, and hotel procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties and other operational requirements as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably within a hotel, restaurant, or bar environment.
• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, mocktails, and bar operations.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of POS systems is preferred.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
