Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
• 2. Develop and maintain lesson plans that include learning objectives, key vocabulary, and differentiated activities.
• 3. Utilize a range of instructional methods and relevant technology to support diverse learning styles.
• 4. Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• 5. Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress and performance.
• 6. Follow up with any student absent for more than two consecutive days. Classwork and learning materials should be shared to ensure the student remains aligned with classroom progress.
• 7. Prepare classwork and maintain a student work file for use by a cover teacher during their absence. This should be kept updated and easily accessible to ensure continuity of learning.
• 8. Evaluate student work through assessments, provide timely and meaningful feedback, and prepare progress reports to support academic development.
• 9. Maintain accurate and complete records in accordance with school policy and ADEK regulations.
• 10. Establish and enforce clear classroom rules and routines to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.
