Provide first aid, emergency medical support, health monitoring, and occupational health services at construction sites while ensuring compliance with UAE HSE and occupational health requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care.
- Respond to medical incidents and coordinate emergency services.
- Monitor worker health and heat stress.
- Maintain medical records and incident reports.
- Ensure site clinic and first aid equipment are fully stocked.
- Support HSE campaigns, health awareness, and emergency drills.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations.
Requirements
- DOH (HAAD), DHA, or MOH licence/eligibility.
- UAE-recognised medical qualification.
- 2+ years of construction, industrial, or occupational health experience.
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
- Good English communication skills.
