Stafford Lawrence Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Tier-1 International Cost Consultancy to identify a high-calibre Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor for their Dubai operations. This is a strategic appointment focused on the delivery of some of the most prestigious airport infrastructure developments globally.

The Role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor Aviation

As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will provide expert technical leadership across both Pre- and Post-Contract phases. Aviation projects present unique challenges, from complex airside infrastructure to specialized terminal technology. We are looking for a surveyor with the professional gravitas to manage high-value accounts and interface with global stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidates must meet all of the following criteria:

• Professional Qualification: MRICS Chartered Status is mandatory (Quantity Surveying route).
• Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years post-degree experience exclusively within a Tier-1 Cost Consultancy (PQS).
• Sector Expertise: Substantial and proven experience in Major Airport Projects (Terminals, Runways, or Airport Infrastructure).
• Consultancy DNA: Candidates with purely contractor-side backgrounds need not apply.
• Education: A full-time BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a recognized Western university.
• Regional Knowledge: Prior or current experience in the UAE or wider Middle East is highly preferred.
