Chanel in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Client Marketing lead to drive clienteling initiatives and CRM analytics under the Boutique Director. You will transform complex data into compelling insights and reports to boost client engagement and the boutique's influence.
With 5 years in operational marketing or CRM, you will set yearly CRM objectives, support events, and coordinate personalized services for key client segments, ensuring exceptional service and brand alignment.
