Field Executive - Q Commerce Logistics

- Monitor the order management system and live order queue to ensure smooth operational flow and timely actions.
- Coordinate with riders, dispatch teams and store teams to avoid delays and operational gaps.
- Conduct rider onboarding and on ground training for operational processes, SOPs and client requirements.
- Ensure rider discipline, hygiene standards, grooming and professional behavior are maintained at all times.
- Track rider performance, attendance, login hours, compliance and delivery quality.
- Handle on ground escalations related to riders, store operations and delivery execution.
- Visit multiple stores regularly to monitor operational performance and provide support where required.
- Ensure riders follow safety protocols and company operational standards.
- Support in manpower deployment, shift coordination and reliever arrangements during shortages.
- Identify operational concerns proactively and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain reports related to rider performance, training, incidents and operational observations.
- Conduct regular audits on rider bags, uniforms, documents and equipment usage.
- Assist operations team during new store launches, peak periods and client audits.
