EMPLOYEE RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Assist in managing employee relations documentation and records

Support scheduling and coordination of meetings and investigations

Help prepare and distribute communication materials related to Employee Relations

Provide administrative support for Employee Relations activities

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

Assist in the implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures Monitor and track employee relations activities

Provide support for delivering Employee Relations training sessions

Assist with preparing reports and presentations

Help manage employee performance documentation

Facilitate basic conflict resolution sessions as needed

Stay updated on relevant employment laws and best practices Contribute to the overall efficiency of the Employee Relations team

Support the team in various administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications

Diploma in Human Resource Management, Administration Management or equivalent

Minimum 05 years' experience in similar roles and industries
