As our PPC specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a results-oriented approach.Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective PPC strategies tailored to the real estate industry, focusing on lead generation and conversion optimization.Conduct thorough keyword research and market analysis to identify high-value keywords and target audiences.Create and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.Monitor and optimize campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), cost per click (CPC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).Conduct A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to maximize performance and improve conversion rates.Collaborate with the content team to ensure ad messaging aligns with the target audience and the overall marketing strategy.Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns to engage potential clients and nurture leads.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising, particularly within the real estate industry.Analyze campaign data and provide regular reports with key insights, performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign performance.Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align PPC efforts with broader marketing objectives and support lead nurturing and conversion.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably within the real estate industry.In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising channels.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign performance data to drive insights and optimization strategies.Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and meeting deadlines.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Knowledge of real estate industry trends, market dynamics, and buyer personas is advantageous.Google Ads certification and experience with real estate-specific PPC tools (e.g., Zillow Premier Agent, Realtor.com) are a plus.If you are a digital marketing professional with a passion for real estate, a strategic mindset, and a track record of success in PPC advertising, we invite you to join our team.
