We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Digital Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As aDigital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Association’s digital marketing strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and sales team to create, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the Association’s goals and objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with the company’s marketing efforts.
Create and maintain a digital marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjust tactics as needed, and provide regular reports to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer service, and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve the company’s digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and sales.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO, and PPC advertising.
Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
