Proven experience as a Mason or similar role in the construction industry.
Familiarity with brick, stone, and block laying techniques.
Knowledge of safety standards and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
