This is an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager, to join an established International Change Delivery team based in the Dubai, servicing our Client, a leading Corporate and Individual, International Life & Pensions Provider.
As Project Manager you must be able to lead both IT and Business Change Projects, varied in size, financials and a various degrees of complexity, throughout the full project life-cycle, with responsibility for ensuring that your projects deliver all objectives, on time, to the highest quality, and within budget.

To be successful within this role you must have excellent communications skills and you must be able to display a very high level of customer-service and professionalism.

Other elements of this role will include:

• Writing Business Cases
• Stakeholder Mapping
• Project Governance
• Project Documentation (PID, MSP Plan, RAAID, Change Requests etc)
• Reporting (Agenda’s, Action Logs, Regular Status Reports and Dashboards)
• Working with other departments and parts of both Capita and the Client’s businesses to deliver on expectations

Essential Experience/Skills

• A proven track record in Project Management, delivering significant business projects, on time, to budget, with experience of working with extremely demanding clients. (Project delivery should include an IT element)

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent Microsoft Project Skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
• Sound knowledge of project planning processes and techniques
• Proven track record in working with Industry Standard project methodologies
• Documented evidence of well developed analytical and problem solving skills, showing the abilities to: break down problems into their component parts, identify the key issues and deliver appropriate problem solutions.
