management processes;<\/li><li>Oversee processes in the unit and escalate any areas of concern to the relevant parties;<\/li><li>Audit all patient files to ensure adherence to clinical and management principles;<\/li><li>Manage operational costs in line with the set budget;<\/li><li>Facilitate and provide training for team members ensuring adherence to the required level of standards;<\/li><li>Sponsor and drive the implementation of the patient satisfaction survey in the unit;<\/li><li>Identify operational risks and trends and implement corrective action;<\/li><li>Conduct relevant training, coaching, caddying and monitoring to ensure high level of productivity of recruits;<\/li><li>Develop people to be future leaders and managers of Sun Life;<\/li><li>Recruit qualified individuals to comprise his or her own team of financial advisors;<\/li><li>Steer the team to the direction of professional and personal growth while achieving sales targets.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sales and Marketing Knowledge;<\/li><li>People management;<\/li><li>Leading and Managing Change: The capacity to implement and support change initiatives and to provide leadership in times of uncertainty;<\/li><li>Excellent written and communication skills;<\/li><li>Filipino and based within Metro Manila, Philippines;<\/li><li>Computer Literacy \/ Basic Computer Skills;<\/li><li>Operations Management;<\/li><li>Handling Objections;<\/li><li>Registration with SANC;<\/li><li>Has an Entrepreneurial mindset and not employee mindset;<\/li><li>Marketing Communications;<\/li><li>Selling;<\/li><li>PET Blow Moulding, PET Injection Moulding experience required;<\/li><li>Strategic planning;<\/li><li>Keen business sense with the ability to find creative
