Document Controller to join our team. <\/p>\n        \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Provide weekly reports on Document statuses;<\/li><li>Ensure handover of information (e.g. to Operations) and archiving of project documentation as appropriate at project stage close-out;<\/li><li>Setting up and implementing of the Documentation Control System;<\/li><li>Ensure controlled copies of updated approved documents and drawings are distributed internally and externally;<\/li><li>Reviewing and updating technical documents;<\/li><li>Monitor documentation progress in relation to the project planner;<\/li><li>Maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement;<\/li><li>Develop and maintain the document management systems;<\/li><li>Noting down meeting minutes at the head office;<\/li><li>Conducting quality assurance and control on the document coversheet data to ensure documents are correctly categorised before despatch;<\/li><li>Ensuring the proper and secure storage of information from third parties such as Client and suppliers;<\/li><li>Managing internal and external documents;<\/li><li>Filing documents in physical and digital records;<\/li><li>Conduct general document control activities comply with project standards;<\/li><li>Ensuring that the reception is always clean and organized.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) and Adobe;<\/li><li>5 years of working experience as a Project Document Controller in a Project environment;<\/li><li>Candidates must have at least High School Diploma;<\/li><li>Knowledge of document management;<\/li><li>At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;<\/li><li>Ability to work alone;<\/li><li>Visual, Dimension, NDT, and Making Reports Experience is required;<\/li><li>Minimum Experience of 10 \u2013 12 Years in a Fabrication Industry making Process Equipment;<\/li><li>Candidate must possess at least Bachelor&#8217;s\/College Degree or equivalent;<\/li><li>Minimum of 2 years working experience is required for this position;<\/li><li>Project based employment;<\/li><li>Willing to work in Mall of Asia area, Paranaque;<\/li><li>Transcription;<\/li><li>Knowledge of compiling QC Dossier;<\/li><li>Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    <\/div><\/div>\n
