TAX;<\/li><li>Reconciliations;<\/li><li>Assist with the preparation and analysis of monthly management results;<\/li><li>Ensure the budget\/forecast processes in terms of updating corporate schedules and systems are performed timeously;<\/li><li>Petty cash managing and reconciling;<\/li><li>Ensuring compliance of Group level IFRS regulations;<\/li><li>To gather necessary information for the preparation of listing;<\/li><li>Review annual audited financial statements;<\/li><li>Research technical accounting issues for compliance;<\/li><li>Ensure compliance of internal control process in accordance with the Company procedures;<\/li><li>Preparation of management reports, financial statements and other financial related reports and correspondence;<\/li><li>Monthly management meetings to discuss performance of cluster;<\/li><li>Financial process improvement and controls effectiveness;<\/li><li>Preparation of information for and execution of monthly invoicing cycle and reconciliations;<\/li><li>Define, review, refine cost drivers for appropriate cost allocation models.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Valid Drivers license;<\/li><li>6-18 months post article experience;<\/li><li>Proactive communicator;<\/li><li>3 \u2013 5 years in Controlling at a large corporate;<\/li><li>Minimum 5 years management accounting and costing experience;<\/li><li>CA\/CIMA\/Articles;<\/li><li>Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end\/year-end close process;<\/li><li>Should possess strong Financial knowledge;<\/li><li>Well-developed communication (verbal and written) and strong influencing skills at multiple levels;<\/li><li>Fluent in English &#038;
