empathize with the customer\u2019s viewpoint when designing and developing software;<\/li><li>Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines;<\/li><li>Initiative and ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach to tasks;<\/li><li>Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline;<\/li><li>Strong communication skills both verbal and written;<\/li><li>Positive and professional approach at all times;<\/li><li>Proven successful technical leadership of development projects;<\/li><li>Ability to prioritize and manage own and others\u2019 time;<\/li><li>Strong
