controlling operations, including setting long term direction;<\/li><li>Participating in budgeting processes;<\/li><li>Managing financial transactions;<\/li><li>Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems;<\/li><li>Preparing financial reports;<\/li><li>Streamlining accounting functions and operations;<\/li><li>Assess current accounting operations, and make recommendations to achieve greater efficiencies and accuracy in the level and timeliness of reporting;<\/li><li>Coordinating audit processes;<\/li><li>Developing plans for financial growth;<\/li><li>Monitoring internal controls;<\/li><li>Overseeing and preparing income statements.<\/li><\/ul>\n    \n    \n    \n        <h3 class=\"has-text-color wp-block-heading\" style=\"color:#1c7ebc\">Requirements:<\/h3>\n    \n\n    \n        <ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Work independently and within a team;<\/li><li>Call Centre or Control Room Experience;<\/li><li>Must be reliable and trustworthy;<\/li><li>Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required;<\/li><li>Computer Literacy in MS Office, CCTV, etc;<\/li><li>Fluent in English;<\/li><li>Strong ability to work shifts;<\/li><li>Grade 12;<\/li><li>A minimum of one years experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre;<\/li><li>Must Reside in Diepsloot and Krugersdorp;<\/li><li>No criminal record or any Pending Cases;<\/li><li>Grade A &#038;
