- Develop and drive marketing strategy;
- Ensure purchased machine quality and competitiveness before buying;
- Managing process from technician level right through to final sales;
- Selling of inventory in line with business plan;
- Establish and maintain an used machine distribution network;
- Ensure alignment between business units. Promoting growth within these business units whilst ensuring market related pricing of trade ins;
- Establish and maintain customer(end-user) relationships;
- Managing cost in getting machines ready for sale.
Requirements:
- Strong Leadership and able to work as a team;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Graduate of any Business related course;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Can handle different kind of personality;
- Must demonstrate sound commercial sense, service oriented mind-set and courage/flexibilty to face changes;
- Experience on Sales and Marketing field is an advantage;
- Resisdence of Manila and Bulacan area welcome to apply;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Applicants should be a Malaysia citizen and possess own transport;
- Willing to be assigned on field work;
- Pleasant attitudes towards clients and colleagues;
