Our company is looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build ongoing task list;
  • Assist client in managing website;
  • Oversee administrative tasks;
  • Manage online and offline promotional activities for the client business;
  • Process customer’s orders and invoices;
  • Manages both new and existing clients’ sales;
  • Validate client information through research and calls;
  • Preparing and emailing weekly reports;
  • Transcription;
  • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation;
  • Scheduling of consultation with clients;
  • To provide excellent customer relationship to the client as well as to the customers;
  • Double check if client payments have cleared;
  • Communicate with the suppliers, vendors, and customers to provide specifications in handling orders;
  • General customer service via email, chat or call to request for information, files or ask questions required for the project.

Requirements:

  • Smart, highly-trainable and with good initiative;
  • Customer Service;
  • Typing speed at least 60 wpm;
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel;
  • Has initiative and can work independently with less supervision;
  • Communication skills;
  • Great communication skills via phone, email, and chat;
  • Able to work with very minimal supervision;
  • Technically proficient (Gmail, Share Drive, MS Office);
  • Some knowledge of retail sales (online and in-store);
  • organizing and planning;
  • Preferably with previous call center experience;
  • Fast learner;
  • At least one year work experience in the related field is an advantage;
  • Analytical, organized and systematic.
