Our company is looking for a Receiving Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for acceptance and rough checks on all items entering the hotel by volume and quality;
  • Enter all internal goods movements into the computer system daily;
  • Issue immediate complaints;
  • Loan and empties return from the warehouse carried out independently;
  • Ensure orderly acceptance and passing on of events material and its return from the ramp;
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in her/his area of responsibility;
  • Prepare daily receiving report summaries and report on any variances immediately;
  • They can prioritise their workload effectively and be organised and structured at work;
  • Ensuring proper authorization for all goods entering the hotel;
  • They manage their time and pay attention to detail. They know their jobs, and are able to work without close supervision;
  • To ensure that Occupational Health and safety requirements are observed, maintained and enforced;
  • They always conduct business honestly and fairly. They keep sensitive information confidential;
  • To ensure the goods are secured and prompt transfer;
  • Inspecting all incoming goods to ensure that quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to;
  • They display a positive attitude, even under pressure. They personally check their work to ensure its accuracy.
