Our company is looking for a Management Accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct online system administration;
  • Debt activity;
  • Treasury, budgeting;
  • reporting;
  • Review invoices against AFE and work performed with SDM to make sure there is no revenue leakage;
  • Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle;
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;
  • To constantly monitor and be aware of competitor activity;
  • Management Accounts (for 3 Companies);
  • Responsible for budgeting and fund management;
  • liaise with internal and external auditor;
  • Analyze statistics thereby identifying key sales areas, problems and success rate;
  • To follow up on leads by visiting prospective clients regularly, often enough to maintain their interest but not too often to alienate them;
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned merchants.

Requirements:

  • Communication skills;
  • Relevant tertiary qualification;
  • Ability to work with and manage budgets;
  • Reviews and/or performs account reconciliations;
  • Experience in managing a team of account executives;
  • Review invoices against AFE and work performed with SDM to make sure there is no revenue leakage;
  • Exceptional financial and commercial acumen with general business knowledge;
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills;
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent;
  • Preferably Supervisor/ 3 Yrs & up experienced employees specialized in General Accounting or equivalent;
  • Can work under pressure and meet required deadlines;
  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
  • Manages staff, including hiring, firing, and conducting performance reviews;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
