Human Resource Executive Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out administrative functions on renewal of license,etc;
- Work closely with HR Shared Services on payroll related matters;
- Responsible in the areas of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll & Salary Management, and Staff Movement related to HRD activities;
- Maintain accurate personnel records and filing;
- Handle disciplinary issues and grievances of employees of business units to ensure issues are being resolved fairly;
- Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures;
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business;
- To maintain and process data derive from performance appraisal for yearly salary review , bonus, promotion and transfer purposes;
- Provide guidance to employees of business units on HR policies and practices;
- Manage manpower budget and plan for hiring needs for business unit;
- Coordinate in-house training programmes;
- Support the half-yearly performance management review process for the business unit;
- Support with talent review process for the business unit;
- Provide advice and solutions on general HR operational and employee relations issues;
- Attend to labour office, and other relevant government bodies.
Requirements:
- A hands-on person that is proactive, driven and resourceful;
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
- Positive working attitude;
- Strong in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this position requires to communicate with Chinese speaking associaties;
- Degree in any related discipline;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Independent team player with ability to multi-task;
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
