Responsibilities:

  • Implement HR projects designed for the business unit;
  • HR Administration;
  • Manage recruitment and selection;
  • Handle all HR Reporting;
  • Maintain effective Health and Safety for the business and ensure compliance;

  • 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources as a business partner in a corporate firm, with exposure to engineering, technology and healthcare;
  • Experimental: you find the joy in documenting a process and realizing it won’t work so you start all over again;
  • UpToDate: You are updated on the global HR trends and you are able to tackle this in your hiring and learning plans for the team;
  • Has strong experience in global mobility, expatriation, and solid experience in general HR works;
  • Knowledge of Hay methodology for assessing job size and complexity;
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
