Front Desk Assistant Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Front Desk Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the office budget;
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls;
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages;
- Track and order office equipment and supplies;
- Maintain records and files;
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper;
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments;

Requirements:
- College diploma or relevant qualification;
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability;
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
- Excellent level of English and ac-knowledgeable in all basic computer programs;
- A minimum of 1 years’ proven experience in a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word);
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Superb verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in English (oral and written);
- Customer service oriented;
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices;
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs;
- Proven track record with customer satisfaction, people management and commercial results. Has extensive experience with top-quality customer service;
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position;
- Problem-solving skills.
