Our company is looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting members in completing documentation;
  • Handle member’s queries;
  • Ensure that member’s documents are completed correctly;
  • Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation;
  • Making use of Session, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information;
  • Making use ofSession, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information;
  • Recording all members attended to on a daily basis;
  • Respond, follow up and solve claims problems promptly through liaising with Head Office to minimize delays;
  • Scanning and verifying documents to send urgently to claims;
  • Relieving switchboard when required.

Requirements:

  • Matric;
  • Minimum of 1 year admin / customer service experience;
  • Minimum of ONE year admin / customer service experience;
  • Grade 12;
  • Knowledge of switchboard an advantage;
  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans/ English.
