Customer Service Clerk Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Customer Service Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting members in completing documentation;
- Handle member’s queries;
- Ensure that member’s documents are completed correctly;
- Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation;
- Making use of Session, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information;
- Making use ofSession, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information;
- Recording all members attended to on a daily basis;
- Respond, follow up and solve claims problems promptly through liaising with Head Office to minimize delays;
- Scanning and verifying documents to send urgently to claims;
- Relieving switchboard when required.
Requirements:
- Matric;
- Minimum of 1 year admin / customer service experience;
- Minimum of ONE year admin / customer service experience;
- Grade 12;
- Knowledge of switchboard an advantage;
- Must be able to speak Afrikaans/ English.
