Our company is looking for a Accounting Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records;
  • Payroll and utilities;
  • Debt activity;
  • Treasury, budgeting;
  • Establish accounting policies and procedures, aligned with the company’s targets;
  • Monthly management fee reconciliation’s (AR/AP);
  • Assisting/Overseeing Account Payable & Receivables;
  • Handling other ad-hoc accounting functions;
  • Preparation of quarterly close package and participation in calls with Corporate;
  • General ledger;
  • Assist in preparation of journals and general ledgers entries;
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing;
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives;
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

  • Financial Statement Analysis;
  • Detail oriented;
  • The ability to process large amounts of numerical data;
  • 5 years’ experience in general accounting;
  • Exposure to the automotive industry will be considered as an advantage;
  • Relates well with different kinds of people, and take on work with high integrity and a positive outlook;
  • CPA is preferred but not required;
  • With minimum 5 Years related work experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Word;
  • Knowledgable in bookkeeping and accounting principles;
  • Handles financial statement preparation for franchising activities;
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas City;
  • A graduate of Accountancy-related course;
  • Willing to work and be assigned in Timog, Quezon City.
