- Help manage and produce creative and original content;
- S cheduling and publishing daily content;
- Managing and responding to advocates comments and questions, across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google Reviews and blog;
- In charge of escalating customers queries to customer service or relevant department.
Requirements:
- Must be an avid podcast listener;
- Social media Management;
- Have a love and passion for social media and content;
- Creative mindset;
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability;
- Degree in Communications or related field;
- Naturally curious with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator;
- Creative Writing;
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills;
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Knowledge of various social media platforms;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Afrikaans.
