Our company is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (LNG) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy definition and ongoing refresh, Lead and guide work processes for the International Gas Strategy Department;
  • Represent Saudi Aramco in external conferences, symposiums, and forums;
  • Originate, lead and/or support transaction execution processes to acquire assets and/or enter into joint ventures;
  • Train and mentor early-career staff;
  • Identify and evaluate international gas opportunities in line with the approved strategy.

Requirements:

  • A strong knowledge of financial models skills relevant to mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and divestments;
  • Experience in technical and commercial screening of upstream, liquefaction and regas opportunities;
  • Ability to travel frequently;
  • Proven presentation skills to senior stakeholders;
  • Experience in business planning and performance management;
  • Understanding of risk assessment (i.e. POCET and ERM analysis) and experience developing mitigating plans;
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing and Trading in International Gas;
  • In-depth knowledge of the gas value chain, and key performance measures and benchmarking of the international gas businesses;
  • Experience in JV management – both operator and non-operator roles;
  • Experience in managing data room exercises and other due diligence;
  • Experience with project economic drivers and modeling: CAPEX, OPEX, production forecasts, FOB, DES, fiscal/tax regimes and economic models;
  • Proven experience using and applying global databases (i.e. WoodMac/ IHS);
  • Strong negotiating, influencing and analytical skills.
