Our company is looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct credit checking from authorized third-party credit information sources;
  • Stay abreast of banking and financial services industry practices;
  • Conduct client calls on a regular basis and gather information on business operations and performance;
  • Assisting with product development and marketing;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and their key personnel;
  • Ensure that all credit information is complete, accurate and compliant with bank and BSP policies and requirements;
  • Generate new business, scope the market for target clients and gauge the potential business value from relationships;
  • Evaluate the credit-worthiness of prospects and existing clients;
  • Ensure the enforceability of documents pertaining to loan collateral and securities;
  • Verify information gathered from clients against data obtained from the bank’s support groups and other secondary sources;
  • Proactively working with employers and advisers to ensure our services meet their needs;
  • Prepare reports to management as necessary;
  • Prepare credit evaluation reports and present to the authorized credit committee for approval;
  • Promoting the Aon KiwiSaver Scheme with external distributors;
  • Understanding the client’s business needs.

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial banking sector with exposure to corporate and investment banking;

  • Keen analytical and research abilities;

  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge.
